Of the 75 participating countries, Brazil, Morocco, Haiti, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Egypt, Iran, Cape Verde, Uruguay, Senegal, Algeria, Jordan, Uzbekistan, Colombia, and Ghana will compete in the World Cup six months from now. This news has sparked concerns among fans about their ability to travel to the United States to watch the games.

However, this measure will not affect players or spectators traveling to the US during the World Cup. The US government is suspending immigrant visas, while spectators will travel to the US on tourist visas. Players will also travel to the US on special visas (P visas).

The USA-Canada-Mexico World Cup will be held from June 11 to July 19, 2026, in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
