Paraguayan winger Miguel Almirón is set to rejoin Major League Soccer’s Atlanta United from Newcastle United.
The two clubs have reportedly agreed on a transfer fee ranging between £8 million and £10 million (approximately $12 million) for the 30-year-old.

During his time in England, he made 222 appearances and netted 30 goals, playing a vital role in Newcastle’s qualification for the Champions League in the 2022/2023 season.
However, this season has seen a decline in his playing time, prompting his decision to return to the United States.
