Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen scored and bagged an assist as Galatasaray thrashed Konyaspor 5-1 to reach the Turkish Cup final.

It was Osimhen’s 30th goal in 35 appearances in all competitions this season.

The 26-year-old opened the scoring in a goal-fest semi-final held at the Torku Arena on Tuesday.

He has 21 goals in the league, six in the Europa League and three in the Turkish Cup.

Former Arsenal midfielder Lucas Torreira doubled Galatasaray’s lead on 42 minutes before Roland Sallai made it 3-0 on 47 minutes thanks to an assist by Osimhen.

Konyaspor pulled one back through Pedrinho, however Sallai restored Galatasaray’s 3-goal advantage just two minutes later.

Then in the 91st minute Yusuf Demir completed the rout by adding the fifth goal.

Galatasaray will face either Trabzonspor or Göztepe in the Turkish Cup final on May 14.
