Zekeri Idris, media aide to Peter Obi, has recalled how Nyesom Wike, who was then Minister of State for Education, visited Anambra State to assess education reforms under Obi’s administration.

According to Idris, Wike praised Obi’s achievements, noting that the Federal Government was learning from Anambra’s education policies.

He also recalled Wike’s attendance at the commissioning of buses provided for secondary schools across the state, where he reportedly expressed strong respect for Obi.
