Nigeria Super Eagles have been drawn in Group C ahead of the forthcoming African Nations Cup scheduled to hold from December 21, 2025 to January 18, 2026 in Morocco.

The three time champions will be playing in the group along with Tunisia, Uganda and Tanzania.

The 2025 edition of the tournament will be the 35th edition of the competition.

Super Eagles will be looking to win its fourth AFCON title after losing out in the finals against host Ivory Coast in the last edition of the tournament.

The draw, held on Monday in Rabat, revealed a competitive lineup for the host nation, Morocco,  placed in Group A alongside Mali, Zambia, and Comoros.

Holders Cote d’Ivoire are in Group F along with Cameroon, Gabon and Mozambique.

Group B: Egypt, South Africa, Angola, Zimbabwe

Group C: Nigeria, Tunisia, Uganda, Tanzania

Round of 16: January 3-6, 2026

Quarter-finals: January 9-10, 2026

Semi-finals: January 14, 2026

Third-Place Playoff: January 17, 2026

Final: January 18, 2026
